CORATINA is an Italian type or strain from the Carato Pulgia region near Bari, Italy. Known for the very high quality of oil it produces.
High in “Good-For-You” polyphenols.
Taste - can be Fruity and pungent, with a bit of a bite, some say bitter and peppery with a tinge of sweet taste.
